"I work with athletes and specialists to build recovery systems that support performance instead of breaking the body.

This is not about massage as a service.
This is about understanding the body under load and working with it as a system."
About the Expert
Maksym Vlasov is a former professional athlete, recovery specialist, and internationally recognized expert working at the intersection of sports, science, and rehabilitation.

His approach is shaped through real experience in high-performance sport. As a 27-time Champion of Ukraine in kickboxing, World Champion, and Master of Sports of Ukraine, he went through intense training, injuries, and recovery.

A serious injury became a turning point that led him to deeply study sports massage, rehabilitation, and recovery systems. Not only to return to physical condition, but to understand how the body works under overload and how recovery should be structured correctly.
Today, he works directly with athletes, helping them recover, reduce injury risk, and maintain consistent performance under high physical demands.

His expertise is also recognized internationally. Maksym is a certified judge (IBJA) and has participated in the World Beauty Championship, working according to international evaluation standards.

He is also active in the scientific field as an author of publications on recovery and physiology, a peer reviewer for international journals, and the author of a scientific-methodological manual officially registered and protected by copyright (2026).

Based on this experience, he developed the Athlete-Centered Recovery methodology — a system that combines sports practice, scientific knowledge, and a deep understanding of how the body functions under load.

His professional level is confirmed by international awards, including the American National Quality Mark Award (USA), as well as recognition as one of the top specialists and trainers in massage according to IBA Beauty Awards.

Core principle:
Recovery is part of performance.
How the System Works
  • Body as a System
The body is treated as an integrated system where performance depends on how all elements work together.
  • Recovery as Performance
Recovery is not a pause — it is a direct part of results, endurance, and stability.
  • Work Under Load
All methods are built for real training environments, not isolated conditions.
Athlete-Centered Recovery

A structured methodology based on professional sports experience, scientific research, and practical work with injuries and recovery.

It explains how the body functions under load and how to build recovery as a system, not a set of disconnected techniques.
